■Catch Copy: I wanted to make a work that I can proudly call my own.
■The Title of the Work:"Domerika - the Monster"
◊The Aim/Theme Planned
He has a pride which cannot be swayed by his looks and life, and won popularity that cannot be obtained by fighting. This is a story depicting Domerika who has become a pitiful monster growing up to be a respectable "human being."
◊The Outline of the Work
One day the leading character, a normal human, became a monster.
In the unreasonable world of violence and chaos, can he restore order? Is there a solution to his destiny?
This is a great work of powerful action story filled with tears, love and emotion.
■Main Technique: 3D / 2D / Live action composition
■Field of Work:Animation / Character / Illustration / Game / Web contents / Cell phone contents
■Profile:
In the early period of individual 3DCG creators, I started my career and gradually consolidated my main field of work in the animation industry.
I have taken part in one of the monumental toon-shading works "X MACHINA-Evolution of Appleseed" and "FREEDOM."
The works that I directed include "Walpurgis Night Fever," "Hoshi ni Negai o"(a wish upon a star) and "SHADOW SKILL."
I also acted as a producer for "Amuri in Star Ocean"and as a director for live-action movies.
Armed with the light footwork and a wide range of expressions, I am expected to play a more active part in the field as a director.
■PR Comment:
Works that resonate with a message. Dynamic visuals using free forms of expression unconstrained by 2D or 3D.

■Catch Copy: The leader of the new generation who will be the driving force of animations dispatched from Japan.
■Title of the Work: "kanai"
◊The Aim/Theme Planned
A robot animation staged in Okinawa.

◊The Outlines of the Work
A delightful robot action!
A story of a boy and a girl who grow up vigorously and soundly in Okinawa.
■Main Technique: 3D / 2D
■Field of Work: Animation
■Profile:
My 3DCG animation made in 1997, "ONEDAY, SOMEGIRL," won the Grand Prix at the 9th DoGA CGA Contest. Its stylish image and gun action were rated highly, and since then I've taken an active part in production as a freelance CG creator. Having established a limited liability company, Studio-RF, in 2007, we plan to start a revolution in the CG animation industry in the future. While we undertook the direction of a game "GUNGRAVE" and OVA "The Police Tank Corps, TANK S.W.A.T.01" which was made based on a comic "DOMINION" originally drawn by Masamune Shirow, we've been actively engaged in the production of our original works such as "URDA" and "CATBLUE:DYNAMITE."
■PR Comment:
We at Studio-RF believe that "action movies" are the supreme entertainment which crosses the border and languages to astonish and delight people's mind, and we are skillful at directing and producing action scenes. It is our belief to create visual images superior in quality that give you a surprise and touch your mind, and we will present you with our visual works that can be enjoyed by as large audience as possible.

■Catch Copy: Converting familiar happenings into a work!
■The Title of the Work: "INTERIOR"
◊The Aim Planned
While the Japanese animation industry follows a reversionary path and suffers from Galapagos Syndrome, new means of expression have been sought after in Japan, which I want to dispatch from Japan to the world. As the 3D animations have been restored, I hope to establish a new style of expression making good use of the distinctive features of the Japanese animation.
◊Theme
Efforts, dreams, hopes, goals and solitude that one must endure to fulfill a dream. Three fellows who never lose courage keep searching for something delightful.
◊The Outline of the Work
A poor artist, Sam, a poor playwriter, Borman and his friend, Greg. A thing they had in common was that they all had no money. So, the three fellows decided to enter a contest with their work to win the prize money. But, since they could not afford the cost for delivery, they were going to bring the work by themselves to the contest held at a distant place!
Now, their long, poor but joyful journey started….
■Most Skillful Techniques: 3D / 2D
■Field of Work: Animation / Character / Background arts/settings
■Profile:
Born in 1978 in Oita. When I was a schoolboy I watched an animation movie "AKIRA," and since then I started to take an interest in the field of visual works.
"On Your Mark," one of the works by Ghibli, and "Mt. Head" by Koji Yamamura made a deep impression on my mind, and I started to produce short films.
I am currently engaged mainly in producing animations, background arts and settings.
In 2010,
Produced animation "Hoshi Shinichi Short Short / Frozen Time" on NHK
Art Director of a theater version animation "Yasai no Yosei 3D"(vegetable fairies)
CG Director of a theater version animation "Mardock Scramble"
Director of a theater version animation "the bears' school
■PR Comment:
I set much value on my message and an objective mentality in my visual works.
By communicating a message about the things I ordinarily think of and feel, I will be happy if the message arouses the viewers' sympathy and affect them in any way.

■The Title of the Work: "Fossil Thief and the Dinosaur Stones"
◊The Aim/Theme Planned
We aim to produce "ideal" animation works that can be enjoyed by children.
"Fossil romanticism" x "Search for a mother" x "Friendship with animals"= "New Project"
Narrowing the target to schoolchildren (the third and fourth grades), it is a work with "family, " an issue of the present day, as a theme.
◊The Outlines of the Work
At the bottom of the Minazo Lake, there existed one of the twenty-four wards of Tokyo, an illusive underwater city, "Minazoko-Ward"!?
A twelve-year-old boy, Utah, and his buddy, a fossil Gobi.
To chase a fossil thief the two of them began a journey in the vast underwater world to find a "stolen dinosaur stone."
It is a dinosaur adventure in a new sensuous impression inspired by "A Journey to the Center of the Earth" by Jules Verne and "The Lost World" by Conan Doyle.
